Person Care Unit Manager

Casual position Corson Hall, Personal Care; 11pm-7am; e/o weekend and holiday; 16 hours bi-weekly; Required to assist in resident care; must be able to coordinate resident activities; excellent clinical skills, good organizational & assessment skills. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age due to requirements mandated by Personal Care regulations

Casual position in Corson Personal Care; 7am-3pm; e/o weekend and holiday; 16 hours bi-weekly

Health Center Unit Manager

Primary Care Unit Manager 

Full time position in Health Center; primary hours 7am-3pm; Possession of current Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification; excellent clinical, organizational & assessment skills. Responsible for providing guidance and oversight to Unit Managers and Nursing Assistants to ensure operations are conducted according to facility policy and procedure. Ensures continuity of resident care through the 24-hour continuum

Health Center Nursing Assistant

Nursing Assistant certification required for Nursing Assistant positions.

Physical Therapist

Casual Call; 8am-4pm; no guarantee of hours; Applicant must have graduated from an approved curriculum for Physical Therapists, having passed a national examination for Physical Therapists certified by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

Valid PA state license as a Physical Therapist and CPR and First Aid certification required

Speech Language Pathologist 

Casual Call; 8am-4pm; no guarantee of hours; Applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Must possess Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC); ASHA certification is required

Valid PA state license as a Speech Language Pathologist and CPR and First Aid certification required

Controller

Full time salaried position; 8am-4pm with flexibility, additional hours as needed; The candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with Master’s degree or CPA preferred. Proven experience for a minimum of 3 years as a senior accountant level or controller in finance. Experience in healthcare and a non-profit business is preferred. Able to effectively demonstrate sound problem solving skills. Able to communicate effectively with all members of the organization and residents, both in person and in writing. Ability to direct the work of others and meet assigned deadlines. Experience with accounting and financial management software. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based computer systems. Proficient in excel.

Director of Dining Services

Full time salaried position; flexible schedule; 80 hours bi-weekly; Responsible for the budget and financial performance of the department; Oversee and guide all areas including the Health Care Center main production kitchen and household kitchens; Personal Care kitchen and dining as well as Residential Living kitchen and dining areas; Responsible for all food production, food and supply purchase specifications and standardized recipes as well as creative menu development and menu pricing; Must adhere to the strictest sanitation standards; the Director is supported by a full team of supervisors in each production, kitchen and dining area; the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build staff relationships as well as with residents and have 3 years management experience in the front and back of the house

Kitchen Manager

Full time position in Health Center; 5am-8pm with varied 8 hour shifts; flexibility in schedule required; 80 hours bi-weekly; e/o weekend and holiday; The ideal candidate will have a Culinary degree and who have obtained a Certified Dietary Managers and Serve Safe certification certificate(s); minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading a culinary team; experience working in long term care facilities preferred, but will consider a candidate with strong culinary background; responsibilities include maintaining Labor and Purchasing budgets; the individual will have complete autonomy of these areas; these include maintaining purchasing specifications, bids, and inventory control; labor cost include producing schedules and adhering to the needs of the operation; day to day production require maintaining production sheets on a daily bases being able to use this information for purchasing and food production; the ideal candidate will work with the Nutrition team developing cycle menus that meet the overall nutrition and dining experience;  as a Long-term facility, the Sanitation program has to meet all Local, State and Federal regulations

Kitchen Supervisor

Full time position on Campus; 10:30am-6:30pm with some occasional schedule flexibility; 80 hours bi-weekly; e/o weekend and holiday; Graduate of culinary school or formal culinary apprenticeship program preferred; restaurant or hotel ala-carte experience & food service management or supervisory experience required. ServSafe certification & knowledge of inventory/cost controls required. Responsibilities include menu creation, cost control, & providing culinary & service guidance to staff

Cook

Full time position on campus and in Corson Personal Care; 10:30am-6:30pm; 80 hours/bi-weekly; e/o weekend and holiday; minimum of 1-year experience in a production kitchen setting such as a restaurant, hotel, school or retirement community; ServSafe Certification preferred; experience with banquet and ala carte procedures

Dining Services Associate

Part time positions in Health Center; primarily hours will be 6:15am-2:15pm although at times may be 4:15pm-7:15pm; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly must be able to work independently with solid food safety knowledge required; must be detail oriented and able to work efficiently and have good time management

Casual position in Health Center; primarily 4:15pm-7:15pm; occasional hours from 6:15am-2:15pm; weekends and holidays are required; 24-30 hours bi-weekly

Driver

Full Time; 8am-4pm; evenings and weekends as needed; Current driver’s license required; job duties include but not limited to transporting residents on campus and off; assisting residents into vehicles and buildings; must have good organizational skills; be detail oriented and be able to work independently; must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds; applicant should possess excellent customer services skills, be knowledge with the surrounding Lebanon area

Associate Chaplain

Part time position on Campus; varied schedule as needed; 32 hours bi-weekly; Responsible for 2nd & 5th Sunday services; Full days every Friday with two 4 -hour days during the week; provides coverage when lead chaplain is off; must be endorsed by a denomination; occasional on call responsibility; minimum 3 years in the pastoral ministry

Activity Assistant

Casual position in Health Center; 9am-5pm; 16 hours bi-weekly; (e/o weekend and holiday for occasional additional hours); applicant must be able to take initiative, be creative, work independently, implement and lead daily activity groups; ability to push up to 150 pounds, a desire to work with the elderly population
