Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)
Full Time position in Health Center; 8am-4pm; Mon-Fri; availability for flexible hours as needed based on workload. Possession of current PA State Board RN licensure in good standing & current CPR certification required. Knowledge of MDS, Care Plan process, Quality Indicators/Quality Assurance, Medicare/PPO, insurance coverage plans and requirements for compliance. Must have excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to function independently and as a productive team member; ability to coordinate multiple aspects of resident assessments.
Personal Care LPN
Part Time position in Personal Care; 3pm-11pm; e/o weekend & holiday; 32 hours/2-week pay period. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age due to requirements mandated by Personal Care regulations. Assist with resident care; coordinate resident activities; excellent clinical skills, organizational & assessment skills. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Current Practical Nurse license required.
Part Time positions in Health Center; 3pm-11pm; e/o weekend & holiday; 32 hours/2-week pay period.
PRN position available in Health Center; varied schedule as needed.
Possession of current Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license required for Unit Manager positions. CPR certification; excellent clinical, organizational & assessment skills.
Part Time positions in Health Center; 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm or 5pm-9pm or 11pm-7am; e/o weekend & holiday; 32 hours/2-week pay period.
Nursing Assistant certification required.
Maintenance Tech (Seasonal)
Full Time seasonal position; 8am-4pm; Mon-Fri w/occasional weekend availability; 80 hours/2-week pay period. Duties include moving furniture, event setups, trash collection, and light landscaping. Current driver’s license required.
Casual Call position in Health Center; 6:30am-2:30pm; e/o weekend & holiday; 16 hours/2-week pay period w/possible additional hours.
Casual Call position in Health Center; 9am-5pm; e/o Thursday w/additional hours as available; weekday, weekend & holiday availability. Applicant must be able to work independently to lead daily activity groups. Experience in long term care strongly preferred; ability to push up to 150 lbs.
