Cookies, Carols, Crafts & More
We hope you’ll join the Cornwall Manor Society for our holiday event, Cookies, Crafts, Carols & More on Saturday, December 7 from 9 AM to 12 PM in the Freeman Community Center. Click here for the Event Flyer. This event includes:
- Gift Wrapping (by donation)
- Homemade Christmas cookies for sale
- Fresh sprigs of holly for sale
- Cornwall Manor Society Crafters holiday handmade items for sale
- Cornwall Manor Woodworkers will be selling their beautiful, handcrafted items
- Railroad Club will be open for tours of their railroad displays from 9 AM to 4 PM
- The historic Buckingham Mansion will be open for tours from 10 AM to 4 PM
- Both the Manor Shoppe and Treasure Trove will also be open for shopping
- Food available. The Manor Cafe will be open for breakfast from 7:30-10 AM; Grab and Go items available for sale from 10-11 AM and Manor Cafe/Freeman Dining Room will be open for lunch from 11 AM-4 PM.
As in years past, the Cornwall Manor Society will partner with the Cornwall Iron Furnace for their Christmas at Cornwall event from 9 AM to 4 PM at the historic Cornwall Iron Furnace, 94 Rexmont Road.
Christmas at Cornwall will feature guided tours of the furnace, seasonal refreshments and a model train displayed by Brian’s Model Trains under the furnace’s large, decorated tree. The museum store will be open for holiday shopping and family crafts and visits from Santa will be offered in the 1860s Paymaster’s Building.
Local historians will be providing walking tours of Burd Coleman village this year. Lebanon Craft Brewery is returning to offer free tastings and will have their products and merchandise for sale in the blacksmith shop, converted into “Coleman’s Tavern” for the day.
