Full Time Salaried position in Health Center; Monday-Friday; ; Excellent background knowledge of the MDS and Care Plan process preferred; Must be familiar with Quality Indicators/Quality Assurance and MDS submission procedures to the State database; Broad-based knowledge of Medicare/PPO, insurance coverage plans, and the requirements for compliance; Must possess excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills, plus ability to function independently and work as a productive team member; Must be able to effectively oversee, manage and coordinate multiple aspects of resident assessments.

Nursing Assistant
Part time position in Corson Hall, Personal Care; 4pm-10pm; 36 hours bi-weekly; every other weekend and holiday; Applicant must be a certified nursing assistant and be willing to train to become a Medication Technician whose essential functions include: preparing and administering medications to residents, tend to resident’s medication needs relative to orders, and obtain vital signs, weights, pulse ox, blood sugar, etc. Training for Medication Technician is provided onsite and requires completion of online course and observation testing

Physical Therapist

Director of Dining Services
Full time salaried position; flexible schedule; 80 hours bi-weekly; Responsible for the budget and financial performance of the department; Oversee and guide all areas including the Health Care Center main production kitchen and household kitchens; Personal Care kitchen and dining as well as Residential Living kitchen and dining areas; Responsible for all food production, food and supply purchase specifications and standardized recipes as well as creative menu development and menu pricing; Must adhere to the strictest sanitation standards; the Director is supported by a full team of supervisors in each production, kitchen and dining area; the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build staff relationships as well as with residents and have 3 years management experience in the front and back of the house
Kitchen Manager
Full time position in Health Center; 5am-8pm with varied 8 hour shifts; flexibility in schedule required; 80 hours bi-weekly; e/o weekend and holiday; The ideal candidate will have a Culinary degree and who have obtained a Certified Dietary Managers and Serve Safe certification certificate(s); minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading a culinary team; experience working in long term care facilities preferred, but will consider a candidate with strong culinary background; responsibilities include maintaining Labor and Purchasing budgets; the individual will have complete autonomy of these areas; these include maintaining purchasing specifications, bids, and inventory control; labor cost include producing schedules and adhering to the needs of the operation; day to day production require maintaining production sheets on a daily bases being able to use this information for purchasing and food production; the ideal candidate will work with the Nutrition team developing cycle menus that meet the overall nutrition and dining experience; as a Long-term facility, the Sanitation program has to meet all Local, State and Federal regulations
