Employment/Benefits Coordinator
Full time position in Human Resources; Salaried; 8am-4pm with occasional overtime and weekends as necessary. Experience working in human resources for a minimum of 3 years is required. Experience working in human resources with employee benefits is preferred. Experience working with human resource management, timekeeping and scheduling software is preferred. Duties: Coordinate and administer all employee benefits. Administer all aspects of vacation and sick leave accrual. Work with the H.R. team in the recruitment process and coordinate recruiting advertising. Coordinate all employee recognition programs. Full time salaried position on Campus; varied schedule, mostly 9:30am-5:30pm; 80 hours/pay period; e/o weekend and holiday; Provide oversight, coordination and training of the dining staff for the campus restaurant and Corson dining; ensure excellent customer service and food safety regulation procedures; coordinate special events and overall scheduling for the campus staff; approve and reconcile customer billing reports; excellent communication and leadership skills; ServSafe Certification required; minimum 2 years of supervisory experience; food service experience required.
