Personal Care Manager/Administrator

Full time; Salaried position; 8am-4pm; Monday-Friday; schedule flexibility when necessary; 80 hours bi-weekly. Qualifications are as follows:

• Possession of Personal Care Home Administrator’s license required
• Possession of current Practical Nurse License preferred
• Ability to obtain Medication Administration training certification
• Exposure to and desire to work with elderly/chronically ill
• Two years of experience in a Personal Care/Long Term Care setting preferred
• Two years of management experience preferred
• Knowledge of medications, experience in assisting with medications required
• Ability to supervise effectively, work proficiently and perform as part of a team
• Ability to understand and carry out facility policies and procedures; knowledge of state and federal regulations required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required
• Knowledge of and experience in conflict resolution
• Ability to remain composed in an emergency and ability to give direction and guidance under stressful situations required

Health Center Unit Manager

Full time; 3pm-11pm; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Part time; 7am-3pm; every weekend and e/o holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Part time; 11pm-7am; e/o weekend and holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Casual; 3pm-11pm; every Monday; 16 hours bi-weekly

Casual; 11pm-7am; e/o holiday; 24 hours bi-weekly

Possession of current Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification; excellent clinical, organizational & assessment skills.

Health Center Nursing Assistant

Part time; 5pm-9pm or 11pm-7am; e/o weekend and holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Casual; 7am-11am; e/o weekend and holiday; 8 hours bi-weekly

Nursing Assistant certification required for Nursing Assistant positions.

Personal Care Nursing Assistant

Part time; 11pm-7am; e/o weekend and holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Nursing Assistant Certification required; CPR & First Aid certification preferred/will assist with certification if needed. Must be willing to receive training to administer medications. Must be able to coordinate resident activities. Applicant must have high school diploma and be at least 21 years of age due to requirements mandated by Personal Care regulations.

Receptionist

Casual position on Campus; 11am-7pm; e/o weekend; 16 hours bi-weekly. Job duties include but are not limited to answering phones, transferring calls, greeting residents and visitors and answering general questions. Should possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, computer proficient and able to multi-task

Dining Services Host/Hostess

Full time on Campus; 10:30am-6:30pm; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly; greet and seat guests, organize dining room service, promote and maintain a neat and clean environment in dining room and server areas

Dining Services Associate

Part time on Campus; day and evening availability; e/o weekend and holiday; 32+ hours bi-weekly

Casual position on Campus; daytime availability, weekends and holidays required

Casual position on Campus; 4:00pm-7:00pm, weekends (daytime) and holidays required

Casual position in Health Center; 4:15pm-7:15pm; weekends and holidays required

Dining Services Delivery Driver/Dining Services Associate

Full time position in Health Center and Campus; 5am-1pm with occasional variable start time; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly. Job duties include transporting dining service food and supplies on campus. Support kitchen operation, inventory management and cleaning functions. Assist with dining service tasks for the campus restaurant. Drivers license is required.

Housekeeper II

Part time position on Campus and in Health Center; 6:30am-2:30pm, 7am-3pm and 8am-4pm; must be available to work all shifts listed; 32 hours bi-weekly; e/o weekend and holiday required

Casual position in Health Center/Campus; 6:30am-2:30pm; 7am-3pm; 8am-4pm; must be available to work all shifts listed; e/o weekend and holiday required
