Cornwall Manor Celebrates Grand Opening of The Clubhouse, a New Hub for Wellness, Recreation and Community Connection

Cornwall Manor today celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of The Clubhouse at The Woods, an exciting new destination designed to enhance resident wellness, recreation, dining, education and social engagement.

The Clubhouse represents Cornwall Manor’s ongoing commitment to creating exceptional opportunities for residents to connect, thrive and enjoy an active lifestyle. Serving as a central gathering place within the community, the new facility provides thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage interaction, lifelong learning, healthy living and meaningful experiences among residents.

The Clubhouse reflects our vision of continually investing in the quality of life of those who call Cornwall Manor home, said Harry McConnell, Cornwall Manor President & CEO. This beautiful new space was designed to support wellness, foster friendships and create opportunities for residents to remain active, engaged and connected.

The facility features a variety of amenities designed to meet the evolving interests and lifestyles of residents. From welcoming gathering spaces and recreational opportunities to dining, educational programming and wellness-focused activities, The Clubhouse offers a dynamic environment that supports both individual interests and community involvement.

Beyond its amenities, The Clubhouse was thoughtfully designed to honor Cornwall Manor’s rich history and distinctive sense of place. Interior gathering spaces and rooms reflect the community’s origins, drawing inspiration from Cornwall’s ironmaking heritage and key moments throughout Cornwall Manor’s history. Through its design, The Clubhouse celebrates the legacy of the people, places and stories that have shaped the community while creating a welcoming environment for future generations of residents.

Constructed by Pyramid Construction Services, Inc., the Clubhouse blends contemporary amenities with architectural elements that reflect Cornwall Manor’s enduring commitment to community, wellness and heritage.

The project was made possible through the collaborative efforts of Cornwall Manor leadership, the Board of Trustees, project partners and many donors who helped bring the vision for The Clubhouse to life. The grand opening celebration brought together residents, community leaders, supporters and guests to commemorate this significant milestone.

Residents attending the grand opening had the opportunity to tour the facility, explore its features and amenities, and participate in the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event highlighted Cornwall Manor’s continued dedication to providing innovative services and amenities that enrich the resident experience.
