Our residents enjoyed a sizzling evening full of flavor and fun!

Dinner guests could enjoy an evening of classic appetizers like:

Then it was time to stir things up! Everyone got to handpick their favorite veggies and watch their custom stir fry come to life—hot, fresh and totally personalized. 🌶️🥦🥕

This afternoon, we treated our community to a sweet escape with Root Beer Floats and the soothing sounds of classical guitar. The sun was shining, the music was flowing and the floats were frosty — a perfect recipe for summer relaxation.

As this weekend’s Mount Gretna Outdoor Arts Show prepares to dazzle once again, one booth holds more than just masterful woodcarvings—it offers a legacy crafted with heart shaped by Cornwall Manor resident Gerry Boltz, who has proudly displayed his work at the Mount Gretna Outdoor Arts Show for 50 years.

Today, our Personal Care residents were treated to a special Italian-themed luncheon, complete with festive decorations and a mouthwatering menu that transported everyone straight to Tuscany!

🌿✨ A Beautiful Day at Trailside Organic Farm! ✨🌿

Today we hosted our first annual Pick-Your-Own event and it was a joy to welcome so many residents, families, friends and our amazing staff to the farm! 🌻🍅🌽

Guests explored the fields and hand-picked their favorite summertime crops and flowers straight from the source. Our dedicated farm team was on hand to assist with harvesting and help carry the fresh produce—making the experience smooth and memorable for everyone.

Thank you to all who joined us and made this day so special. We’re already looking forward to next year! 💚

New in the Manor Shoppe!

With this beautiful weather, many of you are playing golf. The Manor Shoppe now has “Who’s Your Caddy?”, a seven-in-one golf tool that you can use to repair divots, clean dirt from your clubs and even crack a cold one.

If you would rather watch golf on TV than play golf, try our Shrimp Scalpi, a vibrating head massager. With five ergonomic antennae, the Shrimp Scalpi will “krill the tension”. Batteries are included.
And game books are back in stock: Sudoku, Crossword Puzzles and Word Find. You can find these in the usual spot, beneath the window.

The Manor Shoppe is open Monday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturday. Located in Freeman Community Center, the Shoppe is operated by Cornwall Manor Society volunteers. All profits from your purchases benefit Benevolent Care. Thanks for supporting us and our community.

Friday was full of flavor and fun as Corson residents gathered on the porch to shuck three dozen ears of fresh sweet corn! 🌽 The afternoon turned into a delicious sampling session, and by dinner, that golden goodness was served up hot and buttery.
