There are 96 private rooms with private bathrooms in four households. The households provide a residential setting and include a kitchen/dining area, living room area, activities/crafts area, and outdoor courtyards and covered porches or balconies.
Short-term or long-term physical, occupational and speech therapy services are available. No need to drive to medical appointments — we’ll take care of everything on-site.
In addition to your living space, you can enjoy a variety of amenities conveniently located in our Health Center. Pastoral services, a beauty shop, a dental clinic, and a community room/worship center are also located in the Cornwall Manor Health Center.

2024 Skilled Nursing Care Daily Rate: $496 (private room)
Our Health Center is Medicaid and Medicare certified. Keep in mind that our rates are also subject to change as well as availability, so it’s best to call our Health Care Admissions Coordinator for more information.

Welcome to Cornwall Manor's Health Center (Skilled Nursing Facility).

Household Living Room and Activity Space. Each household, which accommodates 24 residents, has common living, dining and activity space. Resident rooms are private.
Nurses Station
Resident rooms in the Health Center are all private with a private bathroom (275 square feet). Rooms are furnished with bed, nightstand and dresser/armoire.
Each resident room has a private bathroom with European shower, sink and toilet.
The Core Building is the center building that houses all the support services and administrative offices for the Health Center. The Community Room, on the third floor of the Core Building, is a large space for residents to gather for activities and worship.
On the first floor of the Core Building is the Therapy Suite. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies are available right within the Health Center.
A Beauty Salon, also on the first floor of the Core Building, is available for Health Center residents.
