Our main campus, also called the Buckingham Campus, is situated on 85-acres and offers both apartments and homes as well as a community center with a la carte dining, meeting spaces, large auditorium for concerts and lectures; movie theater, the Wright Family Wellness Center with Club Room, fitness area and therapeutic pool and spa; outpatient therapy services; Wellness Office with Campus Nurse and Physicians; personal care and skilled nursing, Zerr Chapel, recreational and craft rooms, library and lounge with coffee/snack bar, greenhouses, walking trails, shopping and much more!
The Woods at Cornwall Manor sits on 105 acres and is located less than a mile from the Buckingham Campus. The two campuses are connected by the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. Homes in The Woods include two- or three-bedrooms, two full bathrooms and garages. Existing Woods homes offer between 1,180-2,000+ square feet of living space and some homes include lofts, sun rooms, screened-in decks and fireplaces. Adjacent to the Rail Trail is Trailside Organic Farm, an onsite organic farm managed by the industry experts at the Rodale Institute.
