Personal Care LPN Charge Nurse – Corson

Applicant must have excellent clinical, organizational and assessment skills. Must assist with medication pass, resident care, and resident activities. Possession of current Practical Nurse License required. CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Full Time; e/o weekend & holiday; 65 hours bi-weekly; schedule varies as seen below

Week 1 Tuesday 3p-11p, Thursday 11p-7a, Saturday 3p-11p
Week 2 Sunday 3p-11p, Monday 11p-7a, Friday 3p-11p & 11p-7a, Saturday 11p-7a

Casual Scheduled: 7am-3pm shift, one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month and e/o holiday

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age due to requirements mandated by Department of Human Service Personal Care Home regulations.


RN Supervisor – Health Center

Possession of current Registered Nurse license required. 2 years-experience as an RN in Long Term Care, CPR certification; excellent clinical, organizational & assessment skills. Excellent attendance record

Full Time Baylor; 3pm-11pm on Fridays, 3pm on Saturdays until 7am on Sundays; 11pm-7am on Sundays; 11pm-7am e/o holiday; 64 hours bi-weekly (paid for 80 hours)

RN/LPN Unit Manager – Health Center

1st shift: Part-Time; every Saturday & Sunday; 32 hours bi-weekly

2nd shift: Part-Time 3pm-11pm (M-Th) & Scheduled Casual/PRN

3rd shift: Part-Time 32 hours bi-weekly & Scheduled Casual/PRN

Part-Time; Mon-Thurs; 3p-11p; with the option of being Full-Time if committed to an on-call rotation

Dining Services Associate – Campus

The Dining Services Associate serves residents and guests in the campus restaurant while maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Full Time; varied schedule; 10:30am-6:30pm; 10:45am-6:45pm; 11:15am-7:15pm; e/o weekend & holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Casual/PRN; 4:15pm-7:30pm; weekends and holidays required; approx. 9-15 hours bi-weekly

Dining Services – Health Center

Strong knowledge of food safety practices required. Must be able to work independently, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and perform tasks efficiently. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential

Part Time; 6:15am-2:15pm on weekends; schedule varies 6:15am-2:15pm with occasional 4:15pm-7:15pm on weekdays; e/o weekend and holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Casual/PRN; 4:15pm-7:30pm; weekends & holidays required; 9-15 hours bi-weekly

Dining Services Delivery Driver – Health Center

Job duties include transporting food, beverages, and supplies across campus, supporting kitchen operations, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas. The role also involves providing support for daily dining service tasks at the campus restaurant. A valid driver’s license is required

Full Time; 5:00am-1:00pm; occasional variable start time; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Receptionist – Campus & Clubhouse

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service while serving as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors at both the Community Center and Clubhouse. This position rotates between both locations. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, booking and confirming transportation and guest accommodations, handling mail and packages, responding to general inquiries, monitoring visitor sign-in procedures, providing administrative support, assisting with resident events and programs, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Groundskeeper – Campus

Moving furniture, event setups, trash collection, light landscaping, lawn maintenance, and other duties as required. Driver’s License required.

Full Time; 8am-4pm M-F; 7am-3pm every 5th weekend & holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Vice President of Human Resources 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all Human Resources operations and programs.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including engagement, retention, recognition, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Partner with leadership to support employee coaching, development, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes.
  • Manage workers’ compensation, employee leave programs, and HR risk management activities.
  • Direct employee training, leadership development, and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Prepare HR metrics, reports, and departmental budgets to support organizational decision-making.
  • Serve as staff liaison to the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Trustees.
  • Supervise the Human Resources team and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Five to ten years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and collaborating with executive leadership and governing boards.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, nonprofit, or other service-oriented organizations is highly desirable.
