Personal Care Administrator

Possession of Personal Care Home Administrator’s license required; Ability to obtain Medication Administration training certification; Exposure to and desire to work with elderly/chronically ill; Two years of experience in a Personal Care/Long Term Care setting preferred; Two years of management experience preferred; Ability to supervise effectively, work proficiently and perform as part of a team; Ability to understand and carry out facility policies and procedures; knowledge of state and federal regulations required; Current CPR/First Aid certification required; Knowledge of and experience in conflict resolution; Ability to remain composed in an emergency and ability to give direction and guidance under stressful situations required

Full Time; 8am-4pm; Monday-Friday with schedule flexibility when necessary; 80 hours bi-weekly; Salaried Position

Personal Care LPN Charge Nurse – Corson

Applicant must have excellent clinical, organizational and assessment skills. Must assist with medication pass, resident care, and resident activities. Possession of current Practical Nurse License required. CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Casual Scheduled: 7am-3pm shift, e/o weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and e/o holiday

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age due to requirements mandated by Department of Human Service Personal Care Home regulations.

Certified Nursing Assistant – Health Center

2nd Shift: Part Time & Scheduled Casual/PRN

RN/LPN Unit Manager – Health Center

Relief Health-Care Admissions Coordinator

Position requires possession of a current Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, clerical, and time management skills.

Casual PRN; provides relief for FT Admissions Coordinator scheduled time off; 8am-4pm; no guarantee of hours

Dining Services Associate – Campus

Join our campus dining team! We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented server to provide excellent service to residents and guests. Must be dependable, efficient, and have strong time-management skills.

Casual Call; 4pm-7:30pm; weekends and holidays required; approx. 9-15 hours bi-weekly

Full-Time; 7:00am-3:00pm, 10:30am-6:30pm and other varied hours as needed; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Dining Services Associate Health Center

Join our dining services team! We are seeking a qualified individual with solid knowledge of food safety. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks efficiently while working independently.

Strong time management skills required.

Casual Call; 4pm-7:30pm; weekends and holidays required; approx. 9-15 hours bi-weekly

Part-Time; 6:15am-2:15pm on weekends; schedule varies 6:15am-2:15pm with occasional 4:15pm-7:15pm on weekdays; e/o weekend and holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Cook & Dining Services Associate Corson

Minimum of 1-year experience in a production kitchen setting such as a restaurant, hotel, school or retirement community. Some made-to-order cooking experience is required. ServSafe Certification preferred; experience with daily inventory and weekly supply orders; guest service interaction.

Full-Time; Schedule varies between 6:00am-2:00pm, 10:30am-6:30pm, 10:45am-6:45pm; e/o weekend & holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly (48 hours-Cook & 32 hours-Dining Associate) but may vary.

Cook – Corson

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a production kitchen setting such as a restaurant, hotel, school, or retirement community. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking meals according to established standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, managing daily inventory, and assisting with weekly supply orders. Strong guest service skills and a positive attitude are essential. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Full-Time; 6:30am-2:30pm with varied hours as needed; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Housekeeper I Health Center

The ideal candidate should have previous experience with strong attention to detail; dependable; and takes initiative; and ready to make a difference

Part-Time: 6:30 am-2:30 pm; e/o weekend and holiday and varied weekdays; 60 hours bi-weekly.

Experienced Floor Technician

Job Duties include stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet care, and operating floor equipment. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, follow safety procedures, and lift or move equipment as needed while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Full-Time; 7:00am-3:00pm; no weekend or holidays; 80 hours bi-weekly

Campus Nurse – Wellness Office

Position requires a current Practical Nurse (LPN) license and valid CPR certification. Strong clinical skills, effective organizational abilities, and sound assessment skills are essential. Candidates must be able to work independently and provide high-quality care in a supportive campus environment.

Full-Time; 8am-4pm; e/o weekend required; no holidays; 80 hours bi-weekly

Campus Driver

Duties include but are not limited to providing transportation for residents on and off campus, assisting residents safely into and out of vehicles and buildings, maintaining accurate trip schedules, and delivering mail and newspapers as needed. Applicants should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, have strong knowledge of the Lebanon area, and be organized, reliable, and attentive to detail. Must be able to operate a 14-passenger bus (no CDL required).
Valid driver’s license required.
