Cornwall Manor is a single-site continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Our non-profit community is governed by a Board of Trustees and our management staff is located onsite. Read below to learn about Cornwall Manor’s Management Team.

Harry McConnell, President & CEO

Harry became Cornwall Manor’s seventh chief executive on October 3, 2022 succeeding his predecessor who retired. Harry brings a multitude of senior living experience from the Montgomery County area, including Normandy Farm Estates and Peter Becker Community.

He also is an adjunct Professor for Gwynedd-Mercy College, where he leads courses in Health Care Administration, Healthcare Delivery Systems, Healthcare Financial Management and Legal and Ethical Issues in Healthcare.

Harry and his wife, Marianne, have two daughters, who both attend West Chester University. Harry enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing golf and being in the outdoors.

James Connor, Vice President for Residential Living

James Connor, Vice President for Residential Living

James joined the Cornwall Manor team in 1989 as the Assistant Food Service Director and has also held the positions of Assistant Food Service and Housekeeping Director and Director of Resident Services. James is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. James is responsible for dining services, housekeeping, chaplaincy, campus social services, front desk services, mail delivery, transportation, activities and the Wellness Center. His office is located on the second floor of the Freeman Community Center.

James resides with his four-year-old Tibetan dog, Tucker. His parents have been Cornwall Manor residents since 2008. He is a member of the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center’s Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts Advisory Board. In his spare time, James enjoys gardening, swimming and exercise.

Brooke Fogel, Vice President for Finance

Brooke joined the Cornwall Manor team in October 2023 as the Vice President for Finance. She is a graduate of DeSales University in Center Valley, PA where she received her bachelors of science degree in accounting. She obtained her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license while working in public accounting. During this time, she specialized in audits of senior living organizations, hospitals and various not for profit organizations. She will oversee resident billing, employee payroll, financial management, audit, budget and insurance. Her office is located on the second floor of the Freeman Community Center.

Brooke and her husband Jake have a 2-year-old son, Carter, newborn daughter, Sophie, and an 8-year-old goldendoodle, Bailey, who keep them busy. Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to country music and cheering on Penn State football, the Eagles and the Phillies.

Jennifer Margut, Vice President for Marketing & Public Relations

Jennifer began her career at Cornwall Manor in 1999 as the Marketing Coordinator and also held the positions of Manager of Marketing Projects, Sales Counselor, Sales Director and Director of Marketing.

A native of Altoona, Pennsylvania, Jennifer is a graduate of Penn State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in communications. In her position, she oversees marketing, public relations, volunteers and community outreach. Jennifer’s office is located on the first floor of the Freeman Community Center.

Jennifer resides in Lebanon with her yellow Labrador Retriever, Luca (who is a rescue from Puerto Rico). She enjoys walks with Luca, yoga, cross stitch, Penn State football and visiting the North Carolina shores.

Vicki Deitzler, Vice President for Advancement

Vicki Deitzler, Vice President for Advancement

Vicki is a familiar face to many having worked at Cornwall Manor previously in both the fundraising and marketing departments. She began in her Vice President for Advancement role in September 2019. Vicki previously worked for Penn State Health and the College of Medicine where she was the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations.

She is a graduate of West Chester University and brings over 30 years of experience in all aspects of fundraising including individual gift/estate planning, foundation and corporate support. In her position, she is responsible to engage and steward relationships with donors and prospective donors to ensure current and future support of Cornwall Manor.

Vicki lives in Lebanon with her husband, Michael and they have two adult sons, Evan and Austin. Vicki enjoys ballroom dancing, travel and antiquing.

Minnie Strickler, Vice President for Health Services/Nursing Home Administrator

Minnie became part of the Cornwall Manor team in 1988 as a Medical Records Clerk and has also held the positions of Medical Records Coordinator, Quality and Health Information Coordinator, Corporate Compliance Officer, Assistant Administrator of Health Services and Administrator of Health Care Services. Her areas of responsibility include the Health Center, personal care, outpatient therapy and the Visiting Physician Office.

Minnie earned her Associate’s degree from Harrisburg Area Community College and completed the Nursing Home Administration program at York College of Pennsylvania. She lives in Richland and has an adult daughter, Jaymee. Minnie enjoys hiking, cycling, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Greg Weaber, Vice President for Human Resources

Greg Weaber, Vice President for Human Resources

Greg joined Cornwall Manor in 2004 as the Director of Human Resources. He is responsible to oversee employee relations, employee recruitment, employee retention, employee benefits administration, workplace safety and risk management. His office is located on the second floor of the Freeman Community Center.

Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and his Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification from Villanova University. Greg and his wife, Michelle have two adult children, Justin and Tyler.

Greg is also involved with the United Way of Lebanon County as a Campaign Cabinet Member, Board Member and was the Campaign Chairperson in 2016 and 2019. In Greg’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, following the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State Football and is a fitness fanatic. He enjoys mountain biking and all forms of cycling, Cornwall Manor’s fitness center, tennis, swimming, gardening and working outside.

Paul Weidman, Vice President for Plant Operations

Paul began his position as Vice President for Plant Operations in 1991. Paul’s responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance department, security, negotiating various vendor contracts, overseeing capital projects, campus expansion and major building projects such as Cornwall Manor’s current expansion project of a Clubhouse and apartment buildings at “The Woods at Cornwall Manor.” Paul graduated from Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering and he is a licensed professional engineer. Paul’s office is located in the Maintenance Building (across from the Paymaster’s Building). Paul is presently serving as Vice President of the Lebanon County Builders Association and a board member of the Pennsylvania Builders Association.

Paul and his wife, Joy have two children, Matthew and Amy, and three grandchildren. Paul enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys flying, boating, hunting, snowmobiling, playing golf, and yes, construction projects.

Also serving the community, Paul is a very active member of St. Stephens Christian Fellowship Church, South Lebanon Township Lions Club and Lebanon County Special Olympics.
