Employee Benefits

Medical

  • A competitive, comprehensive PPO medical plan administered by Highmark is available. You and covered family members have access to two levels of network benefits coverage for certain services.

Dental & Vision

  • Dental coverage is offered through Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier Plan. Vision coverage is available through EyeMed Vision Plan.

Prescription Drug

  • Prescription drug benefits are included with medical coverage through SmithRX. SmithRX Management provides a wide range of prescription benefit programs that emphasize quality and cost-effective healthcare solutions and participates with over 83,000 pharmacies nationwide.

Retirement Savings Plans – 403(b) & Roth IRA 

  • Cornwall Manor is pleased to offer both 403(b) and Roth IRA tax-deferred retirement savings plans through Principal.

Life Insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability

  • Cornwall Manor provides full-time employees with Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability through MetLife. Eligible full-time employees have the opportunity to purchase additional Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance for yourself, your spouse and your children through MetLife.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

  • FSAs allow you to set aside a portion of your income, before taxes, to pay for qualified health care and/or dependent care expenses.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • Cornwall Manor is pleased to offer the LifeWorks EAP through MetLife at no cost to employees and their immediate families. 24/7 Support, Resources and Information – LifeWorks offers someone to talk to and resources to consult whenever and wherever you need them.

Liz Shuey enjoys helping others. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she has been an integral part of the Cornwall Manor team for 27 years, caring for residents in the Health Center.
