Cornwall Manor is a continuing care retirement community, located in Central Pennsylvania (Lebanon County), that offers individuals aged 60 and above the option of living independently in houses or apartments with a full scope of services and amenities available in addition to higher levels of care such as personal care and skilled nursing are available right on the campus, if your health needs change.

Cornwall Manor offers a variety of houses in independent living, each with their own unique features – no two residences are alike! Ranging from 1,240 to 2,425 square feet, our selection of houses include:

Health Care at Cornwall Manor

Individuals in residential living have access to our onsite Visiting Physicians Office (VPO). Physicians from Lebanon Internal Medicine Associates (LIMA) and Wellspan Health are available to see residents at our VPO. Dr. Anne B. Hayes from Lebanon Internal Medicine Associates is Cornwall Manor’s Medical Director.

The VPO offers routine office exams, blood pressure screenings, immunizations, lab tests and is staffed by a campus nurse. Cornwall Manor also offers pharmacy services six-days-a-week by HersheyCare Pharmacy.

Additional services like home health care, therapy services, personal care and skilled nursing are also available on Cornwall Manor’s Buckingham Campus, if you need it. Many residents express that freedom from worry and having health care onsite is one of the many reasons they move to Cornwall Manor.

 

Buckingham Campus at Cornwall Manor

The Buckingham Campus at Cornwall Manor is the original 85-acre estate that belonged to descendants of the Coleman family, who owned and operated the Cornwall Iron Furnace.

Today, the Buckingham Campus offers an unmatched selection of independent living apartments and houses as well as resident amenities and health care. Our maintenance-free accommodations allow you to continue your active lifestyle while enjoying peace of mind and carefree living.

 

The Woods Campus at Cornwall Manor

Less than a mile from the Buckingham Campus, The Woods at Cornwall Manor spans 105-acres and features neighborhoods of independent living houses. The two campuses intersect via the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail. The Woods offers a variety of house styles and floor plans to suit your needs and tastes.

In addition to having the use of all of the Buckingham Campus amenities, residents of The Woods also have The Treehouse, which includes a fitness room, game area, kitchen and meeting space. Future plans include a Clubhouse at The Woods to expand amenities and services.

 

Cornwall Manor & Costs

A monthly service fee includes a wide range of services and amenities including utilities (except telephone, cable and internet), water, sewer, garbage collection, snow removal, lawn maintenance, interior and exterior maintenance, property taxes, property insurance, security, fitness center, swimming pool and much more. Housekeeping is available for house residents at the prevailing rate.

When comparing the monthly service fee to staying in your own home, residents find that the cost to live at Cornwall Manor is very comparable – without the worries or headache of home upkeep.

 

Is Transportation Available?

Yes, transportation is available for Cornwall Manor residents within a 15-mile radius of Cornwall Manor for medical appointments, shopping and various activities in the area. Transportation is also available for individualized services such as trips to airports, train stations, recreational trips and destinations.

 

Is Cornwall Manor Pet Friendly?

Cornwall Manor is a pet-friendly community, so you can bring your animal companions with you when you move to our senior living community. Cornwall Manor also features an onsite dog park that is a fenced area with benches for dogs to roam off their leashes.
