Celebrating Our Dedicated Team During Employee Recognition Month

Throughout October, Cornwall Manor Retirement Community proudly celebrated Employee Recognition Month—a time dedicated to honoring the commitment, hard work, and passion of our incredible staff. The month was filled with fun activities, delicious treats, and exciting gift card giveaways, all designed to show our heartfelt appreciation.

We are especially proud of the deep dedication our employees bring to Cornwall Manor every day. Over 20% of our team has been with us for more than a decade, helping to create a stable, caring and comforting environment for our residents. Recognizing their contributions is just one way we say thank you and let them know how truly valued they are.

Highlights from the month included food and dessert trucks offering lunch and sweet treats, a spirited “Spirit Week” with themed dress-up days, and multiple prize drawings that gave staff the chance to win a variety of gift cards. It was a joyful celebration of the people who make Cornwall Manor such a special place.
