Cheesesteak Pop Up at Manor Cafe!

A cheesesteak is a delicious sandwich that originated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It's typically made with thinly sliced beef, usually ribeye or top round, cooked on a griddle. The beef is then placed on a long, crusty roll and topped with melted cheese. 🧀

Many cheesesteaks also include sautéed onions and some variations might add mushrooms, peppers, or other toppings. The combination of tender beef, gooey cheese and a hearty roll makes for a satisfying and flavorful meal. 😋

Special thanks to our Dining Services team for incorporating this option in the menu! 🍴

Introducing....Benjamin. Corson Hall's mascot! 🦌🍀

Kim Laucks, LPN Nursing Supervisor purchased the deer for the Christmas season. The residents fell in love with him, so Benjamin decided to continue his visit at Corson a while longer.

Kim is now dressing (decorating) him for the season, so this month he is Benjamin O’Bucky The Duke of Corson and he is all decked out for St. Patrick’s Day. Special thanks to Kim for going the extra mile for Corson residents!

Stay tuned for more Benjamin updates!
