Over 300 luminarias were sponsored in memory of loved ones and in honor of special individuals. The ceremony was held yesterday afternoon in Zerr Chapel and the lights will be on display until December 7.

Artful Connections Art Show!

Artful Connections at Cornwall Manor is a dynamic, multi-faceted arts program designed to enrich life and promote healthy aging. Research shows that the arts play a vital role in supporting physical, mental and emotional well-being for older adults. By providing creative outlets, these programs foster self-expression, social connection and joy.

This year’s Artful Connections offerings included storytelling, clay sculpting, watercolor painting, drumming circles, African mud cloth design, CM Sings and CM Players. The program culminated in a vibrant November Art Show, where residents proudly displayed the works they created throughout the year.

Adding to the celebration, Cornwall Manor hosted LeadingAge PA’s Ageless Art and Timeless Treasures Traveling Art Show, featuring exceptional artwork by residents of retirement communities across Pennsylvania. This collaboration highlighted the power of creativity to inspire and connect people of all ages.

Throwback to 5 years ago! November 19, 2020 - look at the beautiful sunrise over the Paymaster's Building.

The Paymasters Building at Cornwall Manor, built in 1864 as a gatehouse and paymaster’s office for the Coleman estate, is a one-and-a-half-story American Gothic structure featuring pink sandstone, Romanesque arches, and ornate gingerbread trim. After extensive restoration in 1993 to preserve its historic character, it now serves as a resident amenity space on the Buckingham Campus.
