Personal Care LPN Charge Nurse – Corson

Applicant must have excellent clinical, organizational and assessment skills. Must assist with medication pass, resident care, and resident activities. Possession of current Practical Nurse License required. CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Casual Scheduled: 7am-3pm shift, one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) per month and e/o holiday

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age due to requirements mandated by Department of Human Service Personal Care Home regulations.

CNA/Medication Technician – Corson

Applicant must be a Certified Nursing Assistant and be willing to become a Medication Technician.  Essential functions include preparing and administering medications to residents, tending to residents’ medication needs related to orders, and obtaining vital signs, pulse ox, blood sugars, etc. While prior med tech experience is preferred, we will consider training a CNA who demonstrates the skills, reliability and aptitude for the role.

Full-Time; 7am-3pm; e/o weekend & holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Certified Nursing Assistant – Health Center

1st shift: Scheduled Casual Call; e/o weekend; 16 hours bi-weekly

2nd shift: Full Time (Sun-Thurs), Part Time & Scheduled Casual Call

RN/LPN Unit Manager – Health Center

1st shift: Scheduled Casual Call; e/o weekend

Dining Services Associate – Campus

The Dining Services Associate serves residents and guests in the campus restaurant while maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Full Time; varied schedule; 10:30am-6:30pm; 10:45am-6:45pm; 11:15am-7:15pm; e/o weekend & holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Casual/PRN; 4:15pm-7:30pm; weekends and holidays required; approx. 9-15 hours bi-weekly

Housekeeper II Health Center

The ideal candidate should have previous experience with strong attention to detail; dependable; and takes initiative; and ready to make a difference

Part-Time; 6:30 am-2:30 pm; e/o weekend and holiday and varied weekdays; 32 hours bi-weekly.

Activities Assistant

Applicant must be able to take initiative, be creative, work independently, implement and lead daily activity groups; ability to push up to 150 pounds.

Receptionist – Clubhouse

Responsibilities:                                            

Greet and provide information to residents and visitors. Answer phones. Serve as a central communication hub for various departments, ensuring timely and effective communication within various departments including emergency situations.  Monitor and enforce sign-in procedures for visitors, vendors, and contractors. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, lobby area and clubhouse building.  Provide administrative support to departments operating within the Clubhouse. Assist with event coordination and resident programs as needed.  Support event coordination and resident programs as needed. Provide information about community events and activities.

Mail Clerk

This position involves frequent physical activity, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include sorting and delivering mail in all weather conditions. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Driver’s license required.

Casual/PRN; 8am-2pm; varied weekdays & e/o Saturday; 8-16 hours bi-weekly

Maintenance Technician IV

Moving furniture, event setup and breakdown, trash collection, lawn maintenance, light landscaping, and other assigned duties. Valid driver’s license required

Full Time; Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; every 5th weekend & holiday 7am-3pm; 80 hours bi-weekly

Director of Facilities Management 

The Director of Facilities Management provides leadership and oversight of all maintenance, repair, and campus grounds operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, well-maintained buildings and an attractive community environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.

The Director oversees preventative maintenance programs, life safety systems, and daily physical plant operations while leading a skilled team and managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead all maintenance and grounds operations across a large, multi-building campus
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for building systems and infrastructure
  • Oversee life safety systems and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and codes
  • Manage and mentor maintenance, grounds, and Nightwatch staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, including capital planning and expenditures
  • Coordinate and oversee contractors and vendor relationships
  • Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and emergency situations
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to support organizational goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance management or construction management required; long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in facilities or maintenance operations, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or a similar environment
  • Strong working knowledge of building trades, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general construction
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drafting documents, and electrical schematics
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present to groups
  • Valid driver’s license required

Full-Time; Monday thru Friday; 8am-4pm; on-call management rotation required; 80 hours bi-weekly; salaried position
