Personal Care LPN Charge Nurse – Corson

Applicant must have excellent clinical, organizational, and assessment skills. Must assist with medication pass, resident care, and resident activities. Possession of current Practical Nurse License required. CPR and First Aid Certification required.

Part-Time; 7am-3pm shift, e/o weekend and holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age due to requirements mandated by Department of Human Service Personal Care Home regulations.

Personal Care Nursing Manager – Corson

Practical Nurse License required. Managerial and clinical oversight for nursing staff and residents of Personal Care (Corson Hall). Additionally, functions in role of LPN during assigned shift. Supervision, training and scheduling of LPN Charge Nurses, Medication Technicians and CNA’s. Excellent clinical judgement, resident assessment skills, organizational and leadership skills. CPR certification required and future certification as a Train the Trainer for oversight of Medication Technicians.

Full-Time salaried position; 7am-3pm shift, e/o holiday; e/o week on-call rotation; 80 hours bi-weekly

Nursing Assistant – Health Center

Speech Language Pathologist – Health Center

Applicant must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Must possess Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC); ASHA certification is required; CPR and First Aid Certification required

Casual Call; 8am-4pm; no guarantee of hours

Valid PA state license as a Speech Language Pathologist and CPR and First Aid certification required 

Campus Nurse – Campus Wellness Office

Position requires possession of a current Practical Nurse license and CPR certification required.  Excellent clinical skills.  Good organizational and assessment skills.  Must be able to work independently.

Casual Call; 8am-4pm as needed for intermittent coverage; can be combined with current position; no guarantee of hours

Dining Services Associate – Campus

Serve residents and guests in campus restaurant, ability to work independently, must be detail-orientated and be able to work efficiently, and must possess good time management skills.

Full Time; varied schedule; 10:30am-6:30pm; 10:45am-6:45pm; 11:15am-7:15pm; e/o weekend and holiday; 80 hours bi-weekly

Casual Call: 4:00pm-7:30pm; weekends and holidays required; approx. 9-15 hours bi-weekly

Dining Services Host/Hostess

Greet and seat guests; organize dining room service; promote and maintain a neat and clean environment in the dining room and server areas. May work as a Dining Services Associate at times.

Part-time; primarily 10:30am-6:30pm with variations as needed; e/o weekend and holiday; 32 hours bi-weekly

Driver

Duties include but are not limited to: transporting residents on and off campus, assisting residents into vehicles and buildings, maintaining trip schedule(s) and delivering newspapers and mail as needed.  Applicant should possess excellent customer service skills, be knowledgeable with the Lebanon area and be organized and conscientious.

Driver’s License Required

Casual Call; schedule varies, some evenings, weekends and holidays are required; no guarantee of hours

Full Time; 8am-4pm; evenings and weekends as needed; 80 hours bi-weekly

Associate Chaplain 

Responsible for 2nd & 5th Sunday services; 8 hours every Friday with two 4-hour days during the week; provides coverage when lead chaplain is off; must be endorsed by a denomination; occasional on call responsibility; minimum 3 years in the pastoral ministry

Part time: varied schedule as needed; 32 hours bi-weekly

Housekeeper II

Applicant must have the skills to independently clean houses, apartments & many common areas on our campus

Casual position on Campus; 7am-3pm; 16-30 hours bi-weekly

Part time in the Health Center; 6:30 am-2:30 pm; schedule will include every other weekend, holiday, and varied weekdays; 32 hours bi-weekly

Part time position on Campus; schedule varies from between 7:00 am-3:00 pm and 6:00 am-2:00pm; occasional weekend availability; 32 hours bi-weekly

Full-Time on Campus; Schedule varies between 7am-3pm and 6am-2pm; occasional weekend availability; 80 hours bi-weekly

Driver’s License required

Maintenance Tech Supervisor

Supervisory experience required; the use of a variety of computer programs is essential including MicroMain Computerized Maintenance Management software. Possess the ability to multi-task and able to work efficiently, be detail oriented with good time management and organizational skills. Leadership skills to instruct and train less experienced technicians is required. Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in facility maintenance. Perform work (requiring varying degrees of technical skills) and utilize tools/equipment common to the following disciplines and trades: Electrical fixtures, equipment  and circuits (12 volts-480 volts); Plumbing fixtures, equipment and systems; Heating fixtures, equipment and systems; Ventilation fixtures and equipment; Air conditioning fixtures, equipment and systems; Small engines (such as grounds care equipment); Vehicle repairs (basic maintenance and repairs; General construction (all inclusive); Basic blue print and schematic reading; A valid driver’s license is required.

Full Time salaried position; 7am-3pm; early mornings and evenings as needed; on call rotation is required; emergency call in as needed; 80 hours bi-weekly

Marketing Coordinator

Associate’s Degree or two year work related office experience. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills in a professional manner is a must while engaging with residents, marketing lead base, public and other team members.  Familiarity with office equipment, computers and computer software including Word and Excel. Some knowledge of interior design is a plus. Must be spirited, energetic and highly organized and able to function effectively in a very dynamic office environment. Must be able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities include overseeing the move in process and being point person as individual(s) move to Cornwall Manor; participating in the renovation program with members of the Renovation Team; managing the Decade Renovation program for Cornwall Manor residents and overseeing the clearing process when accommodations turnover.

Full-time salaried position; 8am-4pm; Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed; 80 hours bi-weekly.
