Wellsite is a secure, user-friendly portal designed specifically for senior living communities. It serves as a central hub for communication and engagement, replacing paper notices with a streamlined digital experience. Through Wellzesta, residents can:

- Access Wellness Resources, including daily articles, videos and goal-tracking tools.
- Connect with Neighbors through interest groups and messaging features.
- Stay Informed with real-time announcements and dining menus.

Technology adoption can feel daunting, but Cornwall Manor anticipated this challenge by creating the Wellzesta Ambassador Program. These 19 ambassadors—resident volunteers—are the guiding lights of this initiative. Think of them as a technology concierge team: approachable, patient and dedicated to helping neighbors feel confident in this new digital space.
Ambassadors attended training sessions and now serve as on-site mentors, offering hands-on assistance and encouragement. Their role goes beyond technical help—they bring reassurance and warmth to the process, ensuring everyone feels included.
To make learning even easier, every Tuesday at 3:00 PM, residents can attend a drop-in training session. No appointment is needed—just stop by for personalized help and tips from our Wellzesta Ambassadors.

Early feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Since kicking off training in October 2025, more than 70% of residents have been trained on the new resident portal platform. Residents appreciate the simplicity, centralized information and paper-free convenience, where everything is accessible in real time.
